Thirteen institutions co-owned a research dataset. Every access request required all thirteen to approve it. The process was manual, slow, and had brought international research collaboration to a near standstill. Researchers, graduate students, and sponsors expected downloadable access. The reality was a process so cumbersome that requests sat unresolved for weeks.
Valyr built a 27-step automated workflow that handled the entire sequence: electronic signatures, conditional approvals, timebound responses, and secure data access through AWS. If no response was given within the timebound window, the system automatically advanced the request. No more bottlenecks. No more manual follow-up. No more standstill.
"Valyr did a great job from start to finish. They carefully listened to what we needed, outlined the specifics of the job, were upfront with costs, and delivered on time."
